Your data, in plain words

Who we are

Monclose is part of IAMT Group. The site is run by IAMT Music 2021 SCP, Carrer de Suïssa 8, 2-1, 08023 Barcelona, Spain, tax number ESJ05494513. For anything about your data, write to info@iamtmusic.com.

What we collect

What you type into the review request: your name, work email, firm, its size, where your books are kept and your message, plus the page you sent it from.

We also count visits ourselves, on our own servers, to learn which parts of the page help: the pages you open, how far you scroll, the buttons you press, the country and city your connection resolves to, the type of device and browser, and the site you came from. If you send the form, the site you first came from and the page you landed on travel with it. No advertising network sees any of it, and no third-party analytics runs here.

What we do with it

We use what you send to reply to you and to prepare the call, and the visit count to learn which parts of the page work. Nothing else: no lists, no newsletters you did not ask for, and we do not sell it or pass it on.

Where it is kept, and for how long

It goes into Opermode, the system our companies run on, and to our team's mailbox, where only our team can read it. Our hosting and database providers process it on our behalf. We keep it while the conversation is open and for three years after the last message. If we sign a contract, for as long as the contract and tax law require.

Cookies

Until you answer the cookie line, the count is anonymous. Your browser keeps a session number and the page you arrived from in its own storage, so one visit can be told from the next, and nothing in it identifies you.

Accept, and two first-party cookies live in your browser for a year: tr_consent keeps your answer, and tr_vid lets the same browser count once rather than every time it comes back. Decline, and tr_consent remembers only the decision, with no identifier attached. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the cookies. This site sets no advertising cookies.

Legal footing: the anonymous count is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works. The cookie is your consent.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit or object to its use, and take it with you. None of that costs anything: write to info@iamtmusic.com. If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
